This is a case study on how I used Digital Marketing strategies to enlist 1,000's of new Plaintiffs for
Mass Tort
Law Firms.

A law firm client hired me as a consultant to bring in new class action Plaintiffs. I created and launched digital marketing campaigns that brought in 1,000's of new Plaintiffs for "Roundup" , "Hernia Mesh"
and "3M Military Earplugs" class action product lawsuits , and in addition I am now running ads for Vaccine Mandate cases after the landmark $700,000 jury award to a woman who refused to take a Mandated Covid 19 Vaccine.

The Challenge


Develop and Deploy a Digital Marketing plan to acquire 1,000's of Mass Tort consumer leads for the in-house call center.

I used proprietary market research tools to identify Consumer Awareness Groups largest law firm competitors and gather actionable real world marketing data that included:

  • Where they were currently spending their advertising dollars?
  • Where and with whom were they were placing direct media buys?
  • What ads and headlines were performing best for them
  • What ad sizes and formats delivered the best results ?
  • The primary and secondary ad networks they were using.
  • The devices they were targeting
  • Lists of the 100's of web sites they had determined via KPI reporting and millions of dollars in advertising that were delivering the highest ROI .
  • How much traffic CAG competitors were getting?
  • What product categories and product types were they focusing on now and in the past?
  • What SEO keywords were bringing them the most organic traffic?
  • What percentage of traffic were they getting from referrals, direct, and social media?
  • What web sites were promoting them as affiliates .

(Note: all information collected during my competitive market research is publicly available information acquired using proprietary "white hat" research tools , I do not copy any ad creatives, I simply look for ideas and trends that are performing well )

The Results...

My research enabled me to develop a CAG comprehensive brand marketing plan and strategy that was built upon real world results their competitors had achieved.

  • I determined that that the preferred ad network of their CAG top competitor was Acuity Ads. Selecting the correct ad network partners is critical to the success of any brands marketing efforts.
  • I compiled a list of over 1,500 web sites that the largest competitors had been running their ads on . This gave Acuity ads the ability to import this valuable targeting data into their platform so CAG would run on sites shown to do well for Mass Tort lead gathering rather than "Run Of Network" RON which is a huge waste of money.
  • I now had data on direct media buys our Mass Tort competitors had been making. I immediately began contacting the publishers to negotiate media buys for CAG.
  • I began reverse engineering their banners and other ad media ( Ad sizes , text sizes , headline ideas, etc )
  • The SEO strategy and keywords based on data compiled from my competitor research.
